During the inspection we found a number of violations: requests are almost ignored, they are not answered for a long time (more than 5 days after the request is sent), or they give incomplete answers. Only 35% of regional state administrations, 14% of city councils, 32% of city councils, 31% of district state administrations, 17% of central executive authorities. Vinnitsa, Zaporozhye and Lugansk regional state administrations lead in transparency rating. Representatives of the authorities of these regions honestly said that they have real estate and cars.
