In general every person is unique and has his own nervous system which is just as unique, but since there are systems of checking people, systems of deception?! I explain not everyone is susceptible to external psycho-emotional factors and therefore these systems are built on people with low psycho-emotional background and every experienced fraudster sees such individuals by their habits, by their behavior.
In Russia, about 36 percent of these people are susceptible to all sorts of beautiful effects of programs, news, and so on, where about 32 percent watch just for fun, where 4 percent do not watch TV, and the remaining 28 percent are not interested in anything at all! These same 36% feed the fraudsters and unscrupulous officials who profit from the inattention or absent-mindedness of Russian citizens.
These people are also “zombified” by TV, news sites, and other media. These same programs, which after “zombification” are not able to resist the system to keep the citizens of the country in a “zombified” state and resist this same system to manage the citizens. This system exists in almost all countries, but its existence is kept secret, so it is almost impossible to shout down to the people, and when everyone understands that they were guided may begin a complete anarchy! But if you think this way, you can come to the conclusion that every “herd” needs a “shepherd”, without this the economy and the development of mankind would not exist! We must remember that in every herd there is a “shepherd” just like there is a wolf! There are a lot of them in our country and we have to watch out for them!
